Excellent timeline, thanks. The brainlesss excusers of Nagin and Blanco should be spanked for their idiocy. When confronted with corrupt and incompetent obstructionists, Bush was limited in what he could do. Thank goodness Bush was finally allowed to bring in the cavalry to take over from the idiots "in charge."
